Finductive’s 2023 CSR Initiative
Giving back to the local community is a strong belief for Finductive and all its team members. We believe CSR initiatives are a moral obligation to act responsibly and contribute to the well-being of society. This is something which involves all team members with each charity being voted for by staff members giving them a sense of pride and purpose by making a positive impact in society.
Finductive believes in giving back to the local community and demonstrates this through its CSR Initiative. By supporting local charities, Finductive showcases its commitment to social and community welfare. Donating to charities, Finductive actively participates in making a positive change and improving the lives of those in need and raises the issues of poverty, animal welfare and healthcare.
Goals for the future: To engage in more CSP and ESG initiatives, with goals for a beach clean-up, spend a day volunteering, planting trees for revenue target hit.

As part of our ESG initiatives, we have embraced an online application process, significantly reducing paper usage. By digitising our operations, we strive to minimise our environmental footprint while streamlining efficiency and enhancing accessibility for our clients.
Reduction of Electrical Lighting
We have incorporated large windows in our premises, harnessing abundant natural light to minimise reliance on electrical lighting. This initiative not only reduces energy consumption but also creates a healthier and more stimulating work environment for our team.
Reduction of Plastic Waste
We are dedicated to reducing single-use plastic bottle waste through the implementation of reverse osmosis systems. By providing employees and visitors with access to purified drinking water, we actively promote sustainable practices, fostering a greener future and minimising environmental impact.
