We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our vibrant and fast-growing sales team. Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
- Identify and contact potential clients to generate leads.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Promote Finductive’s products and services to prospective clients.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships within your client portfolio, maximising cross- and up-selling opportunities.
Sales Strategy and Execution
- Actively work towards and deliver against revenue targets and KPIs.
- Close deals effectively while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
- Leverage CRM tools to develop and execute a robust sales strategy.
- Represent Finductive at industry events and public speaking engagements.
Collaboration and Client Advocacy
- Act as an intermediary between internal teams and clients, ensuring client needs are addressed.
- Proactively assess client requirements, set realistic expectations, and provide timely solutions.
Other Responsibilities
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and insights to maintain a competitive edge.
- Perform any additional duties that support the role’s core objectives.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role or as CRM, preferably within financial services or fintech.
- Experience with FX.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Professional demeanor and ability to engage clients at all business levels.
- Strong self-initiative, with the capability to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
- Excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal).
