Finductive has experienced significant growth over the past year and a half, all of this despite the ongoing pandemic. We have seen an increase in our client portfolio and this in turn has led to our team expanding from 4 to 18!
Despite the achievements gained whilst having a remote work force, we feel as a company it is important to get back into the office. With the Maltese government aiming for herd immunity by June, we are starting to see a light at the end of the tunnel and are eager to be able to get our team together for the first time.
It is with great excitement that we can announce that in July, we will be moving to bigger and better premises, with an emphasis on employee well-being whilst in the office. Understanding the psychological advantages of being ‘on-site’ with your team and having that face-to-face interaction is something Finductive feels is paramount to building a strong work force. As Aristotle once said, ‘man by nature is a social animal’. We firmly believe this and when a work force is present in the office, it enables them to get a holistic view of the culture of the organisation and a better understanding of the contribution their role has to the growth and success of the company.
