We are currently seeking an Onboarding Officer our growing team within the Client Relations department. The ideal candidate will have some background knowledge and experience of working within a financial services environment.
Responsibilities:
- Performing due diligence checks on prospective corporate and retail customers
- Reviewing KYC documentation
- Liaising with clients and CSPs via email and telephone
- Manning live chat on a roster basis
- Preparing reports on the customer’s risk profile.
- Any other ad hoc responsibilities according to business requirements.
Requirements:
- Diploma in finance, management, operations, or a related field
- Fluent oral and written communication skills in English – any other language is considered an asset
- Knowledge of fintech and payments industry is desirable
- Strong attention to detail
- Be a team player and able to meet strict deadlin
